I currently lead a global eCommerce function spanning the UK and North America, managing cross-functional workstreams across trading, content, SEO, technology, marketing, and key third-party providers — including ESP, payments, and reviews platforms. Overseeing a portfolio budget of over £1m, I've built and scaled the operation to a position where further international market expansion is now viable.
Platform consolidation
Led migration from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Adobe Commerce Cloud, delivered on time ahead of contract expiry, reducing TCO by £500k and directly strengthening P&L contribution
ESP migration
Negotiated a commercially favourable contract with a new provider and delivered the full migration on time and within budget
Complex redesign programme
Delivered a full website redesign encompassing simultaneous introduction of a new reviews provider, payment provider, and recommendations engine
Infrastructure modernisation
Managed migrations from on-premise to AWS, and subsequently to Adobe Commerce Cloud, alongside Adobe Commerce version upgrade programmes

Conducted a full global eCommerce technology review, streamlining services and eliminating redundancy across the operation
